Security & Privacy

Your photos are processed on your own device. They are never uploaded, stored, or seen by us.

How PixlReady protects your files

Most online image editors upload your photos to a server, process them there, and send a result back — which means a copy of your private images exists on someone else’s computer. PixlReady works the opposite way.

  • Every tool runs entirely inside your browser using standard web technologies such as Canvas and WebAssembly.
  • Your images and PDFs are read and processed locally on your device.
  • No image data is transmitted to our servers or to any third party for processing.
  • There is no account, no sign-in, and no upload queue — nothing to leak.
Try it yourself: load a tool, then disconnect from the internet. Most tools keep working completely, because the work happens on your machine, not ours.

Local storage and how to clear it

To remember preferences (such as language and tool settings), PixlReady uses your browser’s local storage. This data remains on your device and is not sent to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing site data in your browser’s privacy settings; the tools continue to work without it.

Ads, analytics and third parties

To keep the tools free, we may show ads from networks such as Google AdSense and use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. These operate on standard technical data (such as page views), never on the content of the images you process locally. Full details, including how to opt out of personalized advertising, are in our Privacy Policy.
